Return Policy

  • Our return policy applies to all phone, online and in-store purchases. Receipt must accompany all returns.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase for full refund. This includes online purchases. 
  • Return within 30 days from date of purchase for store credit.
  • All items must be in original condition upon return. Shades must stay wrapped if you receive them with a protective plastic cover. 
  • No returns after 30 days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Store credit is good for 12 months.
  • Full payment is required to place special or custom orders.
  • No returns or exchanges on any special or custom orders.
  • If an item is not in stock and is ordered from a vendor it is considered a special order.
  • Quoted lead times may vary due to unforeseen events.
  • In the event an order arrives damaged, please save all packaging material and document the damage so we may assist in resolving the shipping issue. 
  • All pre-orders are considered special orders, no returns or exchanges
We kindly ask that all purchases and lamp repairs be picked up in a timely manner. Any items remaining in our possession after 60 days will be considered abandoned property.
