Return Policy
- Our return policy applies to all phone, online and in-store purchases. Receipt must accompany all returns.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt for full refund. This includes online purchases.
- Return within 60 days from date of purchase for store credit.
- All items must be in original condition upon return. Shades must stay wrapped if you receive them with a protective plastic cover.
- No returns after 60 days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store credit is good for 12 months.
- Full payment is required to place special or custom orders.
- No returns or exchanges on any special or custom orders.
- If an item is not in stock and is ordered from a vendor it is considered a special order.
- Quoted lead times may vary due to unforeseen events.
- In the event an order arrives damaged, please save all packaging material and document the damage so we may assist in resolving the shipping issue.
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
