Return Policy
Tailored specifically for designers, our return policy—the only one of its kind in the lampshade world—offers 30 days for a full refund or 60 days for store credit, even on made-to-order Fermoie lampshades, giving you ample time for client approvals and installations. Extensions are available for trade shows, design houses, and similar projects.

Consultations are available via Zoom, phone, or email. In-stock orders ship securely the same or next business day, with expedited shipping available as needed.
